A Funny Story from Lionel Richie

Michael and Lionel Richie wrote, recorded and shot the all-star video for "We Are the World" in about 10 days. "Three of those days were Michael and I chasing Bubbles down the hallway", said Lionel.

During Oprah Winfrey's show, Lionel Richie told a funny story that took place while he was working with Michael on the lyrics for "We Are the World":

"We were writing the lyrics from 'We Are the World'. I was lying on the floor and, suddenly I caught a glimpse of the original master recording falling down. There was a python there!".

Instinctively, Lionel Richie pulled back, but was surprised to see that Michael was thrilled: "Oh, look, Lionel! I finally found it!"

Michael's Albino Tiger Python weighing 130 kilograms had just gone out for a walk throughout the house, and his owner couldn't manage to find it.
